RainLoop Webmail is a web-based email client written in PHP and JavaScript that connects to IMAP and SMTP servers and needs no database of its own. It offers Sieve filters, multi-account access and an admin panel. Its official GitHub repository was archived in November 2024, so it no longer receives upstream development.
Project status: The official GitHub repository was archived on 4 November 2024 and is read-only. The Softaculous listing shows version 1.17.0 from September 2022 as the last release. We list it because it is still available in the Softaculous installer; consider an actively maintained alternative for new projects.
