What is OpenNewsletter?
OpenNewsletter is a small open-source web script for sending email newsletters to a subscriber list, in HTML or plain text. Subscribers can sign up and unsubscribe themselves, and the site owner can add, delete, import and export addresses. Its latest release, version 2.5.1, is from July 2016, so it is unmaintained.
Project status: The latest release, 2.5.1, is dated 22 July 2016 on both SourceForge and Softaculous. No newer release or activity was found. We list it because it is still available in the Softaculous installer; consider an actively maintained alternative for new projects.
