What is Dada Mail?
Dada Mail is a self-hosted mailing list manager written in Perl, developed by the Dada Mail Project and released under GPL-2.0. It supports announcement and discussion lists, closed-loop opt-in subscriptions, mass mailings and message archives, and installs as a CGI script with a web-based installer. Its most recent release dates from September 2023.
Project status: The latest GitHub release is 11.22.0 (18 September 2023) and the most recent commit found on the main branch is from November 2023, which is about three years ago. Verify current activity before publishing. We list it because it is still available in the Softaculous installer; consider an actively maintained alternative for new projects.
