What the limits mean in practice
CPU is a cap on how much processor your account can use at once; 100 percent is one full core. RAM caps the memory all your processes can hold together. Disk I/O caps how fast your account can read and write. Entry processes are the number of requests that can be running at the same moment, mainly PHP and web requests. The last one surprises people. With 20 entry processes, twenty visitors can be waiting on PHP simultaneously, and a twenty-first may be turned away or slowed. Caching matters here, because a page served from cache never reaches PHP.
