UVdesk is an open-source helpdesk system built on the Symfony PHP framework and Backbone.js, developed as an open-source initiative of Webkul. The Community Edition is released under the Open Software License 3.0. It offers ticket management, email-to-ticket conversion, a knowledge base and workflow automation, and is designed to be customised.

UVdesk requirements
- PHP: PHP 8.1, per the repository README
