HelpDeskZ is a free, open-source PHP help desk that lets a business manage support through a web-based ticket system. Tickets can be created from web forms or email, and the software includes a knowledge base and canned responses. It is released under GPL-2.0, and its most recent release dates from 2021.
Project status: Latest release on GitHub is 2.0.2 (9 March 2021); the repository was last pushed to in May 2023. The helpdeskz.com site did not respond when checked, so the GitHub repository is listed as the official site. We list it because it is still available in the Softaculous installer; consider an actively maintained alternative for new projects.
