What is osTicket?
osTicket is an open-source, web-based support ticket system. It collects customer requests that arrive by email, web form or phone into one multi-user interface where staff can assign, answer and archive them. It is written in PHP with a MySQL database and released under the GPL version 2 licence.

osTicket requirements
- PHP: PHP 8.2 to 8.4 (8.4 recommended), per the official documentation and repository README
- Database: MySQL 5.5 or later (MariaDB 10.11 is also listed as supported)
- mysqli PHP extension
- Recommended extensions: ctype, fileinfo, gd, gettext, iconv, imap, intl, json, mbstring, Zend OPcache, phar, xml, zip
- APCu module recommended
- Database user needs full privileges on its database
