What is TCExam?
TCExam is an open-source system for electronic exams, tests and quizzes, developed by Nicola Asuni of Tecnick.com. Educators use it to create, schedule, deliver and report on assessments through a web browser. It is written in PHP, licensed under AGPL-3.0-or-later, and supports multiple languages.

TCExam requirements
- PHP: PHP 8.2 or higher (tested on 8.2, 8.3 and 8.4)
- Database: MySQL/MariaDB, PostgreSQL or Oracle
- PHP extensions: mysqli or pgsql, gd, intl, bcmath, mbstring, zip, curl, xml, openssl, posix
- Apache with mod_php is recommended
TCExam runs on a standard PHP and MySQL/MariaDB stack, but its current repository asks for PHP 8.2+ and several extensions including bcmath and posix. Confirm these are available on your cPanel PHP version.
