What is GLPI?
GLPI is an open-source IT service management and asset inventory platform maintained by the company Teclib'. It combines a helpdesk with inventory of computers, software and other equipment, plus contracts, licences and a knowledge base. IT teams use it to track assets and handle incidents and requests in one system.

GLPI requirements
- PHP: PHP 8.2 or newer for GLPI 11.0 (PHP 7.4 minimum for GLPI 10.0)
- Database: MySQL 8.0+ or MariaDB 10.6+ for GLPI 11.0 (MySQL 5.7 / MariaDB 10.2 for GLPI 10.0)
- Required PHP extensions include dom, fileinfo, filter, libxml, simplexml, tokenizer, xmlreader, xmlwriter, curl, gd, intl, mysqli, session, zlib, bcmath, mbstring, openssl
- Web server configured to serve the public directory

GLPI 11 needs PHP 8.2 or newer with a long list of extensions and MySQL 8.0 or MariaDB 10.6. Check that a suitable PHP version and those extensions are selectable in cPanel before installing.
