PmWiki is a wiki-based content management system for collaboratively creating and maintaining websites, written in PHP and distributed under the GPL. Its author is Patrick R. Michaud, and Petko Yotov has maintained it since 2009. Pages are edited in the browser without HTML or CSS, and no separate database is required.
