Flatboard is an open-source forum platform written in PHP. Instead of a SQL server it keeps content in JSON flat files, with SQLite mentioned as an option in its repository. It offers a free Community edition and a paid Pro edition, and is used for small to mid-sized discussion boards, community forums and support boards.
