What is Zend Framework?
Zend Framework is a PHP web application framework that emphasised object-oriented practices and a business-friendly licence. Its official repository was archived in January 2020, and its community-supported continuation is Laminas. Softaculous installs an old 2.4 release for developers, so it is mainly relevant for maintaining legacy projects.
Project status: The official zendframework GitHub repository was archived on 8 January 2020; Softaculous lists version 2.4.13 from July 2017. The community-supported continuation is called Laminas. We list it because it is still available in the Softaculous installer; consider an actively maintained alternative for new projects.
