What is SPIP?
SPIP is a free-software publishing system for websites, created in 2001 by the minirezo community. It puts emphasis on collaborative work, multilingual sites and ease of use for authors, who can publish without writing HTML. It is written in PHP, supports several databases and is released under the GNU GPL.
