What is SeedDMS?
SeedDMS is a free, open-source document management system with a web interface, written in PHP. It keeps documents in a folder tree with metadata, version history and access rights, and adds full-text search, notifications and review workflows. It is maintained mainly by Uwe Steinmann and began as a fork of LetoDMS.
