What is Grav?
Grav is an open-source flat-file CMS written in PHP that stores content as Markdown files in folders, so it needs no database. Built on Twig, Symfony components and YAML configuration, it is maintained by Trilby Media and released under the MIT licence. Plugins and themes are installed through its package manager.

Grav requirements
- PHP: Grav 2.0 requires PHP 8.3.11 or higher
- Database: none
- zip PHP extension (needed by Composer and the package manager)
