What is Eventum?
Eventum is an open-source issue tracking system for technical support departments and software development teams. It supports several projects, links incoming support email to issues, records time spent, and offers saved filters and a command-line client. It is maintained by the Eventum team on GitHub under the GPL.

Eventum requirements
- PHP: PHP 7.3, or 8.0 to 8.2 (per composer.json on the master branch)
- Database: MySQL (PDO MySQL extension)
- PHP extensions: ctype, dom, fileinfo, filter, gettext, iconv, intl, json, mbstring, pcre, pdo, pdo_mysql, session, spl, xml
It needs PHP 7.3 to 8.2 with a list of common extensions including intl and gettext, plus MySQL. Select a supported PHP version in cPanel and confirm the extensions are enabled.
