Commentics is a free, open-source comment script written in PHP that lets visitors post comments on articles or standalone pages of a website. It is GPL-licensed, has been developed since 2010 and stores data in MySQL. Site owners use it to add threaded, moderated discussion without depending on a third-party comment service.
