What is Pluck?
Pluck is a small, open-source content management system written in PHP for small websites and personal projects. It stores content without a database and lets non-programmers create unlimited pages, run a blog, add photo albums and publish contact forms. The project is developed in the open on GitHub under the GPL.

It does not need a database, so it is a very small install of about 4 MB. The project documentation did not state a minimum PHP version, but a recent release fixed PHP 8.x compatibility.
