What is phpLiteAdmin?
phpLiteAdmin is a web-based administration tool for SQLite databases, written in PHP. It gives you a browser interface to create, browse and edit SQLite databases and tables without writing SQL by hand. It is developed as an open-source project on GitHub and suits small PHP sites that store data in SQLite files.
Project status: The latest tagged release on the official GitHub repository is dated September 2019, and the most recent commits seen there date from early 2024 (mostly language-file merges). The repository is not archived, but there has been no release in over three years. We list it because it is still available in the Softaculous installer; consider an actively maintained alternative for new projects.

phpLiteAdmin requirements
- PHP: 5.2.4 or higher (per the project README)
- Database: SQLite (SQLite2 or SQLite3 files); no MySQL needed
- At least one SQLite library extension for PHP: PDO, SQLite3 or SQLiteDatabase
