We move your website for free, on every hosting plan.
- Order the hosting plan that fits your current site.
- Open a ticket with Technical Support listing the domains to move, and give us access to your current hosting in the way the team asks (a cPanel login or a full backup works best). Please do not send passwords in an ordinary email.
- We copy your files, databases and email accounts while your site keeps running at the old host.
- You check the copy, then change your domain's nameservers to the ones in your welcome email.
Keep the old hosting for a few days after the switch, until your email and scheduled tasks are confirmed working. Transferring the domain itself to us is optional and separate: see hostripples.in/domain/transfer.
